Privacy

Branam Arts through its website RiseoftheDoughBoys.com will not share your email address with any third party with the exception of that needed for purposes of order fulfillment (billing, shipping, etc.).  Customer information will not be sold to another party for any reason. Customer information is retained only by Branam Arts and its professional service providers as needed to maintain this Web site and its databases.  

Shipping & Delivery

Branam Arts ships merchandise via the United States Postal Service to locations within the United States and U.S. territories. When merchandise has shipped, delivery time is usually 2 - 10 business days depending on shipping method selected. Purchasers will receive an email confirmation when merchandise has shipped, after which delivery time is usually 2 - 10 business days.  For the "Item Pick Up" option (available in Huntington, WV area only), the customer will be contacted to arrange for pick up / delivery if sale is not in person.  Branam Arts will ship merchandise to Canada, Mexico, and other international locations for an additional international shipping charge per the carrier's current rates plus a handling fee. Delivery time may be more than the usual 2 - 10 business days for international shipments. The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this website pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Insurance and package tracking services are available in accordance with carrier policies.

Returns policy

You may return any book to us unused, in its original packing within 14 days of delivery for a refund. We will pay return shipping costs only if the return is the result of our error or a faulty product. Any book showing signs of use will not be refunded. Faulty products will be replaced and shipped free of charge.  

Pricing

The price stated is for the relevant book, the price of shipping and sales tax are additional.

Availability

Books are offered as available and are shipped in order received. Signed copies are signed by the author and / or illustrator, as available.

Store Hours

Customer service is available Monday through Friday, 9am to 5pm EST, except on major holidays.  Usual response time is within 48 hours.

Communications

All communications are electronic whether email or through the website RiseoftheDoughBoys.com.  You agree to accept this as written advice of any legal requirement.  Notices will be deemed delivered within thirty (30) days after posting.

You agree to respect and not infringe upon the copyright of Branam Arts, its website RiseoftheDoughBoys.com and all the authors, illustrators, and contributors to the products it sells.

Age Limitation

We do not sell to persons under the age of 18 years.  It is the responsibility of the purchaser to verify and adhere to this requirement.

The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.  Insurance and package tracking services are available in accordance with carrier policies.

Information on this site may contain technical inaccuracies or typographical errors. Information, including product pricing and availability, may be changed or updated without notice. Branam Arts and its subsidiaries reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and/or cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation, if Branam Arts believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Branam Arts and its subsidiaries.

Branam Arts offers no warranty or guarantee as to the operation of the website and specifically does not accept any responsibility for emails being free of viruses or any other damaging content and cannot be held liable for any damages how-so-ever caused whether actual or consequential arising from the use of its website.
